  • Provide overall medical direction and medical review of protocols in conformance with the investigational plan and good clinical practice
  • Provide medical and scientific feasibility of all new sponsor inquiries
  • Ensure that the safety and well-being of all participants in the study at the trial site are protected
  • Ensure data collected at the study site is credible and accurate
  • Ensure the rights, integrity, and confidentiality of all participants in the trial at the site are protected
  • Assist and provide guidance to clinical operations research staff and sponsor client managers as required
  • 1 year of current experience working in clinical research is strongly preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in psychiatry or psychiatry evaluation experience is strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience working within a psychiatry, primary care, internal medicine, or hospital clinical environment is required.
  • Embrace and articulate the mission and culture of a Growing University and possess a strong working knowledge of its programs and departments.
  • Lead Admissions Committee for final application review
  • Supports creation of strategic plans for attracting students with the right academic qualifications, from target high schools in assigned territory.
  • Manage and motivate a professional staff to ensure integration of efforts and to achieve all goals.
  • Supports and manages evaluation of the Admissions Committee
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work weekends.
  • 5+ years successful proven track record in admissions management or similar setting
  • 5+ years of a selective academic setting experience preferred
  • Practicing medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Within Physician-Mid-Level relationship, Mid-Levels exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
  • Conducts physical exams, assesses health status, orders and interprets tests, prescribes medications, and treats illnesses including giving injections, reading X-Rays and suturing wounds.
  • Monitors therapies and provides continuity of care
  • Triages patient calls and evaluates patient problems. Responds to emergencies including use of CPR.
  • Documents patient information and care in medical record in a timely manner.
  • Oversee clinic staff to ensure appropriate care, operational effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across the organization with Administrative staff and Clinical leadership.
  • NC license as FNP or PA-C
  • Minimum one year’s experience in Urgent Care
  • The Manager of Finance will be integral to all financial aspects of the organization and lead ongoing financial education to internal stakeholders
  • The Manager of Finance will help primary care physicians and specialists manage their practices.
  • The Manager of Finance will collaborate with our executive and financial leadership teams to build and sustain financial strength.
